For me, Aerofilm is more than just work. It’s a place I’m proud to help build every day. Since 2019, I’ve been doing that as Commercial Director, focusing on our commercial strategy and strengthening our position in the market.

I work closely with colleagues and partners to drive sustainable growth. What motivates me most is the progress we’ve made as a company. Seeing Aerofilm grow, and knowing I play an active role in that, gives me a lot of energy. The turnout at our 40th anniversary event was a great example. It showed that our efforts are being seen and appreciated.

We’ve done many exciting projects, but one stands out for me. Together with Michiel, I helped build our U.S. office from scratch. It’s now a profitable operation with strong local partners. That makes it extra special to me.

Our team trip to Dublin was another highlight. Not just because it was fun, but because it showed how well everyone connects—even outside of work. Seeing partners feel just as much a part of the Aerofilm family made it truly memorable. That’s the strength of our company. We’re a family business where responsibility is shared. That sense of ownership, combined with our down-to-earth Brabant roots, is the foundation of everything we’ve achieved—and where we’re going next.
