What makes my work interesting is the connection between marketing and sales. I analyse data, optimise processes, and ensure that all campaigns are measurable. This allows us to make better decisions and achieve greater impact.

The project that currently gives me the most energy is Aerofilm’s digital transformation. We’re building a more efficient, data-driven organisation by improving internal processes and making systems work better together. It’s a dynamic challenge with long-term value.

A personal highlight so far was Aerofilm’s 40th anniversary. Those three days really brought everything together. The teamwork, the energy, and the sense of connection confirmed just how strong the people behind Aerofilm really are.
