Aerofilm is a family business. Proud, strong, and deeply connected. Everyone at our company knows this—whether you work behind the scenes or on the production floor, you’re part of the family.

The foundation was laid in 1981, when Ruud van Brienen founded the company. His vision, passion, and entrepreneurial spirit still shape who we are today. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to Ruud far too soon. At that time, I was already active within Aerofilm as Managing Director. Today, I’m proud to lead the company as CEO, together with Loes van Brienen, Ruud’s daughter and my co-owner.

What started with innovative air cushion solutions has grown into a global presence. The next generation is already stepping forward. My son Michiel established a new Aerofilm entity in the United States, enabling us to serve our North American customers with the same local presence and service we value so highly.

That local approach has always been a deliberate choice. Service and quality are central to everything we do. And to offer the level of service we strive for, you need to be close to your customers. With smart, well-thought-out solutions, we’ve helped many clients achieve significant improvements in their production processes.
