Bradley Spoolstra

Since January 2023, I’ve been managing our U.S. branch as Branch Manager. My role covers a wide range of responsibilities; from assembling, packing and shipping customer orders, to shaping business processes, defining CRM requirements and configuring the right tools to support our growth.

What motivates me most is working with an amazing team of people who genuinely care about Aerofilm’s success. There’s a shared drive to make Aerofilm Systems the #1 Air caster company in the world, and I’m proud to be part of that mission.

One of the projects I’ve enjoyed most so far is introducing the concept of “Leads” into our CRM system. It may sound technical, but it was a real team effort with a clear goal: helping us work smarter and grow faster.

What’s been especially rewarding is learning more about the wide range of air caster applications. Seeing how our technology makes a real difference for customers—across all kinds of industries—is both inspiring and motivating.
